Maintenance of a solar system is like your car. Without a regular service your car will soon grind to a halt. A solar system needs attention at least once a week. There are no bonnets to lift or oil to check, but there certainly lights to watch on your inverter and batteries if they are fitted. It’s important to learn what the lights mean and if you suddenly see something that doesn’t look right, call us immediately. Often, just like a computer and system reboot will fix the problem, but if it doesn’t, we will send out a member of our team to check it out.

For those systems that have monitoring equipment attached, Narooma Solar will often know when a problem occurs before the system owner, as we monitor all of out live systems.

In servicing clients who have used other solar companies, Narooma Solar is always available for advice and will undertake a site inspection as quickly as we can to get your system back up, however we do charge a service fee for these call outs.
